October Black/White theme Blog Hop - Sunshine SU Demo

by Kari Downing Reese, October 16, 2022
Welcome to the October Blog Hop with the Sunshine SU Demo's!  Our theme for this month's blog hop is using a Black & White theme.  Imagine the possibilities with this theme; you could use ANY stamp set for this one!

My card features the Scary Cute stamp set and coordinating die set....showcasing the options of the die set on this card.  Another perfect product for a neutral theme is the Black & White Designs 12x12 paper

I love the tri-angled card style so I used it for this card design.
Start out with cardstock that measures 11 x 5 1/2"
Next score at 3 x 3/8" on EACH side.

The angles are simple to cut.  The same process works on the card base and the designer series paper.  Line up the score line on the card base into the track of the trimmer;
Next, the outside edge will line up to 1 1/2" on the trimmer; then cut
The next step will be to rotate the outside edge to the track of the trimmer.
The other side of the paper will line up to the 1" mark on the trimmer.

The Designer Series Paper measures 5 1/2 x 3 1/2" before cutting the angles.

How cute are these Scary Silhouettes die cuts in this set?!

The Belly-Band piece measures 10 x 1", score one side at 2 1/2".  The other side will simply fold around the card, then glue each end of the Belly-Band together.

I am so glad you stopped by today......don't forget to "hop" on over to the other blogs mentioned below to see what they created using our "black and white" theme.
