This card uses the Best of Everything stamp set, which is retiring at the end of May 2013; This set is so versatile.  The clouds on this card are made using Whisper White cardstock, a circle scallop punch, Marina Mist ink, and a stamping sponge...Punch the scallop circle, place it on different areas of the Whisper White cardstock, dip the sponge in Marina Mist ink and sponge right onto the paper!  Voila!
